WHAT IS SPORTS MASSAGE?
Sports massage is generally a deep and intense treatment which will induce a physiological and psychological response. Sports massage will help to alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the bodys soft tissue during physical activity.

Sports massage is more intense and deeper than a general massage, it includes the basics of a Swedish massage combined with other techniques including stretching, friction work, trigger point release and muscle energy techniques (MET's), my aim is to bring out optimum performance and provide injury free training.
